Born in 1973, Bangkok, Thailand
Graduated from Chulalongkorn University in 1995, Pim won a scholarship from the Office of Civil Service Commission to study at Gothenburg University, Sweden. Specialized in ceramic arts/design, Pim has been working as a designer with several ceramic factories as well as pursuing her own artistic development in ceramic arts.
Pim started her academic career in 1999 as a lecturer at Department of Industrial Design, Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University, where she later earned her Assistant Professorship in 2006. In collaboration with Takerng Pattanopas, their research project “Navarong” (contemporary Benjarong), funded by the Ministry of Education, had won several awards included National Research Council, Elle Decor design award (Thailand).
Her ceramic is exhibited in Thailand, South East Asia, Korea, Sweden and Finland. She currently teaches at Department of Industrial Design, Chulalongkorn University and runs a ceramic studio called Linnua Studio.
