รศ.พิม สุทธิคำ สอนด้านการออกแบบอุตสาหกรรมและงานเซรามิก ตั้งแต่พื้นฐานการออกแบบ การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สามมิติ ไปจนถึงรายวิชาเฉพาะทางด้านเครื่องปั้นดินเผา ครอบคลุมความรู้เรื่องวัสดุ การขึ้นรูป การเผา การเคลือบ และการทดลองเทคนิคต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้นิสิตเข้าใจกระบวนการทำงานตั้งแต่แนวคิดจนถึงการผลิตจริง พร้อมเห็นความสำคัญของวัสดุและงานฝีมือควบคู่กับการออกแบบร่วมสมัย
ผลงานและงานวิจัยของอาจารย์ได้นำความรู้ด้านเซรามิกมาประยุกต์ใช้กับบริบทปัจจุบัน โดยศึกษาวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นและนำดินจากพื้นที่ก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานครมาพัฒนาเป็นงานเซรามิกร่วมสมัย เพื่อเชื่อมโยงเรื่องราวของเมือง ประวัติศาสตร์ และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ อีกทั้งอาจารย์ยังให้ความสำคัญกับกระบวนการทำงานด้วยมือและการออกแบบอย่างเรียบง่าย เพื่อให้ผลงานทุกชิ้นมีจุดประสงค์ชัดเจน ใช้งานได้จริง และสะท้อนคุณค่าของวัสดุในชีวิตประจำวัน

Assoc. Prof.Pim Sudhikam
Faculty Member, Department of Industrial Design
Assoc. Prof. Pim Sudhikam teaches industrial design and ceramics, covering subjects from design fundamentals and three-dimensional product development to specialized courses in ceramic arts. Her teaching includes material knowledge, forming techniques, firing, glazing, and experimental processes, enabling students to understand the full workflow from concept development to actual production, while recognizing the importance of materials and craftsmanship alongside contemporary design.
Her creative work and research apply ceramic knowledge to present-day contexts by studying local raw materials and using soil from construction sites in Bangkok to develop contemporary ceramic works. These projects connect the stories of the city, history, and natural resources. She also values handcraft processes and simple, purposeful design, ensuring that each piece serves a clear function, is practical in use, and reflects the value of materials in everyday life.

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
